Effective price at 100% monthly use
The on-demand rate after the maximum sustained-use discount — what a VM that runs the whole month effectively pays.
For SUD-eligible series (N2, N2D, C2), a VM that runs for the entire billing month reaches the series’ maximum sustained-use discount. The "effective at 100% monthly use" column shows that fully-discounted hourly rate, so you can compare a full-month VM against a committed-use or on-demand rate on the same axis.
A VM that runs only part of the month pays somewhere between the on-demand and the effective rate. Series without SUD (E2, N4, C3, C4, C4A) show no effective column because their on-demand rate is already flat.
