Windows vs Linux pricing
Windows VM prices bundle a Windows Server license on top of the Linux compute rate.
For the same VM size, the Windows price is the Linux compute rate plus the Windows Server license. That license delta is what Azure Hybrid Benefit removes. This explorer shows both rates so the gap is visible per size.
Arm sizes (Cobalt/Ampere) typically have no Windows meter and show a dash in the Windows column, because Windows Server is offered on x86 sizes.
